You can also call customer service at 877.299.0893 for assistance in placing an order (Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm ET; Saturday: 9am - 5pm ET). For Rx items, you will be required to answer a few quick questions about your pet (breed, weight, birthday, gender) and provide your veterinarian’s name and contact information. We’ll use that information to verify your pet’s prescription, and take care of the rest.

FetchPetRx.com has a full assortment of FDA/EPA approved pet medication for dogs and cats sourced directly from the manufacturers and approved distributors. We also sell products to treat fleas and ticks, heartworms, skin issues, allergies, joint pain and more. Plus, you can purchase your pet’s food, supplements, dental care and other essentials — all at the lowest guaranteed prices.

What happens after my claim is submitted?
Claims are typically processed within 15 days from when we receive all your documents. We’ll email you with updates, so keep an eye on your inbox. And be sure to set up direct deposit now if you haven’t already — it gets you paid back 5 - 10 days faster than checks do.

Fetch Pet Insurance provides coverage for prescription medications and supplements recommended by a vet to treat a new injury or illness. If you’ve added Fetch Wellness to your pet’s policy, you will also have wellness benefits, which may apply to your Fetch Pet Rx order. While Fetch Pet Insurance does not cover dog food, including prescription dog food, Fetch Pet Rx shoppers will still enjoy the guaranteed lowest price across all products on FetchPetRx.com. You can cancel your order if it has not been packed for shipping and a tracking number has not generated. Once you receive your tracking number the order cannot be canceled and instead must be returned.

Log in to your Fetch Pet Rx account using the username (your email) and password associated with your Fetch Pet Insurance account.

Under “My Fetch Pet Rx” you can review your order history. There, you will also find your tracking number and track your order from the link provided.
